We use your information to schedule and carry out service calls, prepare quotes and invoices, contact you about work in progress, honour warranty claims, and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only where it is needed to do the job: with technicians assigned to your call, with suppliers when a part has to be ordered against your door model, and with our payment processor when you pay by card. Each receives only what that task requires.
Job records and invoices are retained for as long as needed to support warranty claims and to satisfy tax and legal record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that do not become jobs are removed once they are no longer relevant.
