These terms apply to your use of this website and to garage door services provided by Yakima Garage Door Repair in Yakima, WA and the surrounding area. Booking a service call means you accept them.
Prices shown on this website are typical ranges for planning purposes, not quotes. Every job is diagnosed on site and priced in writing before work begins, and we will not proceed beyond the agreed scope without your approval. Where a part has to be ordered against your door model, the price is confirmed once availability is known.
Same-day service is offered where capacity allows and is not guaranteed. Arrival windows are estimates; weather, traffic, and preceding jobs can move them. You are responsible for providing safe access to the door, including clearing vehicles and stored items from the working area.
Work is backed by a written warranty on parts and labor, with terms stated on your invoice. The warranty covers the parts we supplied and the work we performed. It does not cover damage from misuse, forced operation of a failed door, alterations by others, vehicle impact, or normal wear on consumable components.
Garage door springs and cables store enough energy to cause serious injury. Do not attempt to adjust or release spring or cable tension yourself, and do not operate a door with a broken spring, snapped cable, or a door that is off its track. Where we identify a condition that makes a door unsafe to operate, we will tell you and may decline to return it to service until it is corrected.
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Where a deposit is required for ordered doors or parts, it is stated on the quote before you accept it.
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Troubleshooting guidance is general and cannot account for the condition of a specific door; it is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. We aim to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that every detail is current.
Our liability in connection with services provided is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Washington State law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
